Queen of Dignity is a brand owned by the Ito family, who produces the best Matsuzaka beef in Japan, which this brand itself is particularly built for Taiwan market.

History and achievement

Ito Ranch was established in 1959, and throughout these years, it has become the best Matsuzaka beef ranch in Japan. According to Japan wagyu grading association, A5 is the highest quality of Japanese wagyu, and Ito Ranch has an average of 90% A5, which is far higher than Japan’s average, 4%. This not only means Ito Ranch has unique raising techniques, but also obtain a high standard and does not compromise with any quality false condition. 

Raising Essence

The story behind the success includes unique raising techniques and high cost in feeding and raising. The fodder includes tofu, rice, straw, brew and its secret recipe, resulting in wagyu’s finest marbling and unique flavor and taste. In addition, Ito ranch exercises a fine structured model to raise its cattle to ensure all cattle are healthy and grown. Prior to the cattle entering Ito Ranch, Ito family selects the baby 9 months old cattle through auction, choosing the top 2% pedigree cattle to ensure its potential. Through choosing the best pedigree at the first place, plus its unique raising techniques, the best Matsuzaka wagyu are then produced and introduced to the market.

Healthy Fat

The beef itself contains healthy Polyunsaturated Fat, which helps to mediate mid fat and cholesterol, and enhance circulating our blood, one of the sources of healthy oil.

Numerous fat, low melting temperature

Matsuzaka wagyu’s melting point is 17.4, much lower than the average Japanese wagyu, 25.9. It melts at normal temperature, which brings a natural melt in mouth flavor.

Fine marbling

It has a fine and thin marbling, also called marbling beef, rich flavor without oily taste.
